Once you have started your self-discovery journey and feel like you have more self-awareness and acceptance, my method brings your focus towards finding your flow. This is diving deeper into who you are.

Lisa Kiss is a mindful astrologer and teacher from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and found her way into wellness very young at the age of 21 when she started her first business.

The stress she was experiencing from being anew business owner led her to practicing yoga consistently and then to a teacher training. In her teacher training she discovered astrology.

Lisa completed her 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 in Hamilton, Ontario.

She continued her studies in 2020 and 2021 and went on to receive her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification, Reiki Level 1 and 2 and became a certified astrologer and astrology teacher through the CAAE.

I teach western (tropical astrology.) My approach is modern, psychological and humanistic — blending traditional wisdom with mindfulness, movement, and embodiment practices.

Courses right now are live on zoom through 1:1 sessions and some are self-guided.

Please inquire about The Certified Astrological Guide program is a 75-hour certification for women who want to use astrology in a real, grounded way. It is application only so please reach out via email if you are interested lisa@mindfulastrologyschool.ca.

You’ll find a mix of beginner-friendly courses, more intermediate courses to build on, and to go deeper a certification for those who want to bring astrology into their work.

I teach astrology through awareness, embodiment, and curiosity. It’s not about predicting life, it’s about working with it consciously. I also have my mindfulness and meditation teacher training completed, so arrival practices and mindful teaching methods are weaved into courses.
